By accessing or using the MYD (Move Your Dreams) application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MYD provides an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that allows users to visualize how garments look on them before purchasing. The Service includes a marketplace of garments and a personal digital closet feature.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

By uploading photos or other content to the Service, you grant MYD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You retain all ownership rights to your content. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

5. AI-Generated Images

The virtual try-on images are generated by artificial intelligence. Results are approximate visualizations and may not perfectly represent how a garment will look in real life. MYD does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated images.

6. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the Service are subject to our refund and return policy. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. MYD does not store your full payment card details. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models used in the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. MYD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
